  • You don’t need to bring anything—just be present with your body, your breath, and an openness to receive and allow yourself to feel.

  • Try not to eat right before your massage, or have something light. Please remember to silence your phone during the session.
    Feel free to share how you like the pressure, room temperature, music volume, etc. I'm here to make you comfortable =)

  • For the technique to work best, it is ideal to be undressed, but you will always be covered with a large towel or blanket to ensure your comfort and privacy. That said, if you would prefer to keep your underwear on, that’s completely fine :) What matters most is that you feel comfortable.

  • Absolutely. Both intensity and pressure can be adapted to your preferences. If you prefer lighter or gentler touch, that can be honored. Likewise, deeper pressure can be applied in areas where tension needs to be released.

  • Yes. It’s very effective for people dealing with anxiety, overthinking, difficulty relaxing, or feeling disconnected from their body. It can also support emotional processes.

  • That’s completely normal. In the first session I will explain everything, and you will feel held and respected at all times. Nothing is forced. Your pace, your body, and your emotions lead the way.

  • Yes, the full body is treated in an integrated way. The goal is to deeply relax the entire nervous system, and to create a sense of connection and unity between all parts of the body.
